Not displaying reports for file:/// URLs

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open file:/// ...

What is the expected output? 
ScriptCover provides coverage report.

What do you see instead?
The tool doesn't provide report.

Currently ScriptCover doesn't support File URls. It's recommended that you 
upload your files somewhere to http(s) and use ScriptCover after that.

We will consider adding this feature though.
