Track 4: Audio surface (Suno ingest/management)

Goal

The studio does audio production (Suno references, song finals, audio tracks under andromeda_project/audio/). Rafiki only indexes audio today. Define a first-class audio-production surface so audio work can happen in Rafiki.

Acceptance criteria

• Decide scope: generation vs assembly vs reference management.
• A minimal audio surface (CLI + MCP) consistent with Rafiki's pipeline patterns.
• Tests + docs.

Backlog audit: still potentially useful, but not agent-ready. Current main already indexes and plays local audio, uploads audio to Floyo lip-sync workflows, and provides dry-run-first clip audio muxing. The remaining Suno-specific gap is undefined: a maintainer must choose generation, reference ingest, or assembly as the actual product need and define one bounded workflow. Close this as satisfied if the existing local audio + mux surface is enough.
