Track 5b: Canonical gitignored media home + corpus migration

Goal

Decide where the studio's ~14 GB media corpus lives once Rafiki is the home — a canonical gitignored local media root (never committed). Plan the migration from /Users/kk/Desktop/alex-samuel.

Acceptance criteria

• Canonical local media-root path + config decided and documented.
• Migration approach (move vs re-point indexer) that preserves the in-place / no-copy-into-git guarantee.
• check-public-boundary.py still green; no private media or absolute private paths enter git.

Backlog audit: retain as a human-operated retirement gate, not an agent-ready implementation task. It chooses and migrates an external ~14 GB gitignored corpus, so the canonical destination, copy/move policy, backup receipt, free-space check, and rollback plan require explicit maintainer approval. No filesystem migration was attempted.
