Epic: retire alex-samuel studio into Rafiki (value-first)

Summary

Retire the legacy alex-samuel studio through the approved three-way split:

• rafiki is the public tool.
• gorgeous-ghost is the private film/work repository operated through Rafiki.
• alex-samuel remains intact until a reviewed backup and archival cutover.

Decisions

• Tooling belongs in Rafiki; film work belongs in gorgeous-ghost; dormant client machinery is not rebuilt speculatively.
• Heavy/private media stays in explicit gitignored local roots.
• Migration is copy-first and dry-run-first.
• Nothing is deleted, archived, published, or moved without the named human gate.

Completed Tracks

• Track 1: Floyo video pipeline (value-first) #263 - Floyo video pipeline, lip-sync, audio mux, and keyframe generation.
• Track 3: Clips review surface in the portal #271 - core clips-review surface in the portal.
• Track 7: gorgeous-ghost carve-out (work repo) #274 - gorgeous-ghost created and proven operable through Rafiki; remaining bulk migration belongs to Track 6: Retirement cutover + verification #267.

Retained Tracks

• Track 2: LoRA lite slice (film LoRAs only) #270 - LoRA lite slice; human decision required for album input, sample prompts, review output, and spend gate.
• Track 4: Audio surface (Suno ingest/management) #264 - audio surface; human decision required because current main already covers local indexing/playback, Floyo audio inputs, and clip muxing.
• Track 5a: Production-knowledge indexing (importer extension) #265 - production-knowledge indexing; human decision required for local-index versus knowledge-base routing and privacy boundary.
• Track 5b: Canonical gitignored media home + corpus migration #266 - canonical gitignored media home and corpus migration; human-operated external migration gate.
• Track 6: Retirement cutover + verification #267 - final retirement cutover, backup, sign-off, and archive.

Acceptance Criteria

• Every retained capability is proven necessary and bounded before implementation.
• Track 2: LoRA lite slice (film LoRAs only) #270, Track 4: Audio surface (Suno ingest/management) #264, Track 5a: Production-knowledge indexing (importer extension) #265, and Track 5b: Canonical gitignored media home + corpus migration #266 have their human decisions recorded.
• The real Andromeda workflow is reproducible through Rafiki and gorgeous-ghost.
• Baseline-to-HEAD studio drift is reconciled.
• A complete backup is verified.
• KK explicitly approves archival.
• alex-samuel is archived, not deleted, and its README points to the successor homes.
