GetDeviceState support? #3
Description
I was wondering if it is possible to implement GetDeviceState (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/previous-versions/windows/desktop/ee417897(v=vs.85)) and emit a virtual initial event on polling, such as that button state of DInput devices is well known right before listening, rather than missing a bunch of toggled devices

If you could provide me with a rough setup guide to setup a Windows SDK machine (like, what's the primary SDK this library used to target), I can give it a try myself.
