Integrate Ferrum as a Authorization Server

after Ferrum is ready for integration:

1. Minimized docker img (~2 GB is too much)
2. Added possibility to pass data file directly to Compose to use as a Start data
3. Fixed problem with \r\n in all .sh files

It seems that PacMan would be ready for such integration
