This is a partially-complete solution for allowing repeating sections of data, not just repeating single fields. The big remaining tasks to do are to work out how the summary page and API submission will handle these repeating sections.
Test this functionality with e2e/cypress/fixtures/repeating-sections.json - there is an accompanying .feature file.
