Describe the bug 🧐
As I had issues with creating codespace, I decided to clone the forked repo on my local machine and I followed setup instructions as indicated. I ran ..workshop\setup.ps1, entered the 2 tokens, my devops organization.....I got the error shownin the 1st snapshot
Then I was asked

(Re)create workitems?
(Y/n): Y

I responded by Y, then I got 4 messages

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Fork repo
   2.clone local win 10 machine
2. run ..workshop\setup.ps1
3. See errors
