I noticed you're adding the Lanczos algorithm for image scaling. Please consider using Lanczos3 for better image quality, and also add Spline (softer, good), Robidoux (clean, good), Mitchell (very good, sharper, must have), and RobidouxSharp (very good, even sharper).
If you had to choose only one besides Lanczos3, then Mitchell would be the best option.
