Okay to use scripts in this repo instead of /tscc/nfs/home/hsher/projects/oligoCLIP/scripts/

Hi Charlene, just quick question about the scripts folder. Are there major differences between scripts in your $HOME versus the scripts saved on github? I assume the ones on github are okay to use but wanted to double check.
