about the reverse stranded library #8
Description
hi, I am confused with the parameter "# if this is a TruSeq reverse stranded library, set to true", since in our study the cDNA library was prepared using the TruSeq RNA Sample Prep Kit (Illumina, USA) and sequenced with paired-end sequencer, I am sure that the library is stranded, but what is the exact mean of "reverse stranded library"? I would like to ask whether I should set the parameter into "true" ?
