This is up to the admins of that website, I've never even heard of it until this moment. If you only need the jar files then you can download them directly at https://ci.yive.dev/job/Pluto/

Paper is still marked as ALPHA so Pluto would also be considered in an ALPHA state for 26.2. I did do some tests against when initially updating to 26.2 and everything appeared fine with my patches, but I can't say it is production ready. If there are bugs relating to my patches then I'll fix them whenever an issue is made & I'm able to reproduce it.

They're not wrong. For most Paper will be sufficient for what they need & if people need extra content features then Purpur is usually the second option for most.

Performance forks tend to do unsafe things such as becoming kitchen-sink style forks where they include optimisations from mods and other forks (usually paid forks do this). They might also include patches to do async stuff which tends to be very unsafe. Pluto technically does that too with my async spawning chunks patch though it is optional.

Overall I'd recommend researching the patches that a fork has & if they're suitable for your use-case

In my case, Pluto is definately perfect.

The main reason I am using it is because it's well maintained. Since Pufferfish is not available for newer versions, I chose to find a fork that is well maintained and maybe has some performance and resource consumption optimization patches. The second reason is I want to ensure my server runs perfectly fine when many players are online and when heavy redstone machines or farms are built with many plugins.
