总体结论：当前补充信息已经足够确认主因是 containrrr/watchtower:1.7.1 与宿主机 Docker Engine 29.5.2 不兼容，Watchtower 反复重启后导致应用侧访问 http://watchtower:8080 出现 DNS/服务不可达。

关键发现：

• Watchtower 日志反复出现 client version 1.25 is too old. Minimum supported API version is 1.40，而宿主机 Docker Server 为 29.5.2、最低 API 为 1.40。这说明当前 Watchtower 镜像内置 Docker client API 太旧，无法连接宿主机 Docker daemon。
• 应用侧报错 [Errno -3] Temporary failure in name resolution 更像是 Watchtower 服务容器持续重启后，Compose 网络内服务名不可稳定解析/连接的结果，不是应用自身 Watchtower URL 配置的首要问题。
• 已有关联 PR fix: watchtower镜像过旧 #73 尝试切换 Watchtower 镜像，但该 PR 目前使用 nickfedor/watchtower:latest，存在生产不可复现风险；建议不要直接用 latest 作为最终修复。

优先级建议：

• 高：优先固定一个已验证可兼容 Docker 29.x 的 Watchtower 镜像 tag 或 digest，替换 containrrr/watchtower:1.7.1。
• 高：在 PR 中补充验证记录：docker compose config、docker compose up -d watchtower、docker compose ps、docker compose logs watchtower --tail 100，并确认 Watchtower HTTP API 可从 app 容器访问。
• 中：如果选择 fork 镜像，需要补清楚镜像来源、维护状态、参数兼容性，以及与原 containrrr/watchtower 的差异。

后续建议：

• 建议把 bug: 无法连接 Watchtower (http://watchtower:8080) 容器自带版本过低且基本无法自动启动 #79 作为 fix: watchtower镜像过旧 #73 的问题来源继续推进，但 fix: watchtower镜像过旧 #73 需要先避免 latest，并补充 Docker 29.5.2 下的启动与连通性 smoke 结果后再合并。
