Issues related to PMTCT_EID targeting

Target Calc tab: recommend change of data input for Col. BU. "FY17 PMTCT_EID HIV Exposed Infants Tested within 12 months" --> should probably draw from the PMTCT_EID total numerator (i.e. the total tested, which is the sum of neg+pos+unknown from ages 0-2 and 2-12mo). Impact: need to add to R script, insert additional column of data to DATIM indicator table, then change formula in Target calc tab.

Target Calc yield calculation (col. BV) does draw from EID pos / sum(pos+neg) as I recommended to Aaron previously. But underlying data is missing from DATM indicator table. Checked script, may need to switch out "age" for "resultstatus"
