We agreed to transpose Steve's original tabular representations of functions of two variables so that the column headers are x-values and the row headers are y-values. This should be consistent when working with functions of other variables so the first variable in the way the function is written are column headers. We should also use this as an opportunity to use xi:include for tables such as the wind chill table that get used repeatedly (and to make the source more readable generally). We will do this either between semesters in the 25-26 academic year or after Spring 2026.
