Change name

I think with the inclusion of webpack we should rename the devstack. Gulp is just one of the used technologies so I think it shouldn’t be emphasized in the name anymore.

I think we can safely change the name, it has been two weeks since this request was posted.
Probably, this will require to update the remote point for all repository contributors, right?
