Add PlaceHolderFragment to ACode search

**Current behavior:**

The "ACode" search is done by an alert box

**Expected behavior:**

There should be a placeholder fragment which will make the search easy (for example, google maps placeholderfragment)

**Steps to reproduce:**
Open The map -> click on the "search by acode" button
