Fixing Outdated Parts

Hi,

Im trying to make this work for 2 hours, you needed to mention.

• req file that requires scipy==1.1.0
• vgg16.npy is at wget https://www.dropbox.com/s/8a8rei66f72um4i/vgg16.npy
• convert tabs to indentation from all over the codebase
• import guided as misc.Guided
• self.data_dict = np.load(vgg16_npy_path, encoding='latin1',allow_pickle=True).item()

Just for ref. to ones that tries to make library run on base model.
