Add help modals

I want to add help modals to the app. Nothing super fancy, just a series of modals which explain how to use it. It's not a priority right at them moment. Right now anyone who gets sent to the app usually is getting sent there by proxy of the README, which explains everything.

I am still planning on implementing help modals, but I'm going to move on to a different project for
a little while.
