restore javascript from bookmark

This is a reverse operataion of Inline Text and Create Bookmarklet.

If you converted JS to bookmarklet by Inline Text and Create Bookmarklet and then want to revert it, you can Undo it; Or on the other hand, you can simply Format Document to get a formatted JS code. So I would rather not to bother existing users to make this update.

When you copy code from bookmarklet manager, the code is like:

Untitled.mp4

My thoght is this extension can do following steps:

1. decodeUrl
2. remove schema: javascript!:
3. format
4. then you can modify the code

you can see the steps is complex.
