Hi, is your license the same as Ruby 1.8 (GPLv2+ or Ruby) or Ruby 1.9 (BSD or Ruby)? (really sorry, but I need to clarify this in all gems we have in Fedora and their license is unclear)

I need to know the answer to this question, as well. The Ruby license has changed during development of the 1.9 version, to a dual-license with the Simplified BSD License, so it seems that the open4 license should be updated as well.
