[Feature] Local Media Browser

Currently if you want to get an image from your computer into tinymce you have to use drag and drop

Would it be possible to either

• have a choose file option (as seen in the intro_image)
• a new media manager tab for a specified local images folder

silly me - just saw the choose file button

I would still like if possible to have a specified folder that I could browse through if possible - maybe call the tab "Private Media" and define it in the grafida settings
