Incorrect capitalization after punctuation in Turkish

Check other punctuation too, quotes for example.

@eltos That is a different issue. Sentence casing does not attempt to break the content into sentences, it just takes the whole chunk. It expects you to pass it sentences. It may or may not be feasible to split by sentence. Having recently had reasonable success with a Pandoc filter to format Markdown with one line per sentence I think it might be possible to make a reasonable stab at it. Please open a new issue for that though as it is a completely different issue than not title casing (word) because w isn't the first glyph seen ofter the space, which is the root cause of this issue.
