check fails due to "Uptilt Rounding" on oem with unmodded sticks

several (but not all) of my recent replay failed the check due to "Uptilt Rounding" despite me playing them all on the same oem with no stick mods. im using a hyperkin adapter on endeavour os (arch based linux distro) to connect my controller. attached are 8 replays that failed the check and 7 that passed it (all of which were played after the games that failed)

So the underlying issue is that the current check for uptilt rounding isn't rigorous enough. What we do is look for inputs in the blue zone below:

Goomwaves have some banned behavior where they take all inputs in the blue zone and move it up to the orange. Which helps with hitting uptilts.

The issue is that if you just don't uptilt very much (or at all) then you might just naturally never have inputs in the blue zone. So the check needs to be reworked.

I think I'm going to pair it with action state information. IE: Look at performed up-tilts and see when the inputs look like. That way we won't flag on a game without an uptilt.

neat. i figured it was something along these lines, up tilt is one of peach's worst moves (there isnt one specific reason, its just kinda bad overall in a way that gets it outclassed by ftilt and/or up air) so on any given game im way more likely to not have tried to up tilt at any point
