[✨ FEATURE] Separate button for AI post processing enabled and disabled

Is your feature request related to a problem?
I usually have AI enhancement on; however, there are many cases where I don't need AI enhancement, and it increases the time taken and the tokens required for each request.
There is a button on the overlay for this, however that adds an extra mental and physical step.

Describe the solution you'd like
What I would like is a separate hotkey to do a transcription without the AI enhancement.

+1, came here to post the same thing. 92.7% of the time, Parakeet correctly picks up what I said. Only in some edge cases such as dictating code do I have need for AI enhancement. In such cases, using a separate key is far quicker and more user-friendly than having to turn enhancement on / off.

Alternative: a keyboard shortcut to quickly enable/disable AI enhancement (not as fast as the above, but might be easier to implement?)
