Option to hide/disable recording overlay entirely

Feature Request

I would love an option to completely hide the recording overlay during dictation. Currently the overlay supports Small, Medium, and Large sizes, but there is no way to disable it entirely.

Use Case

For users who have muscle memory for push-to-talk dictation (e.g., coming from Superwhisper), the overlay is unnecessary visual noise. We already know when we are recording because we are holding the hotkey — the overlay just gets in the way of the content we are dictating into.

Suggested Implementation

Add a none / hidden option to the overlay size picker in Settings, which would suppress the overlay window entirely while still performing transcription and paste-at-cursor as normal.

Makes sense. We have a notch already and gonna add a v minimal notch too! That should almost make it non existent.
