Speech-to-Speech Translation playbook issues

I just went through the Speech-to-Speech translation playbook and found two issues:

1. The link to download input1.wav is broken (get a 404 page not found error)
2. The gradio_demo.py code relies on the lang_list.py code. The instructions should include a link to this file to download it.

Otherwise, it all worked for me!
