Create a Terms of Service for Website and Forums

What does this ToS and the privacy policy cover? Our forum already has a ToS and a privacy policy:

I was asked to make these documents to cover both the website and forums, collectively. The documents on the forums, I believe, are sufficient for the forums, specifically, though are fairly minimal. I was told that it is on the eventual ToDo to have the ToS and PP reviewed by a lawyer. This is something that is being managed by the Directors.
