Add toggle for status update checks #29
Description
Status update checks need to be paused for certain people during examinations. There are multiple ways to approach this. I think an ideal solution would let pause for any number of people, or a class (class of 2022, 2023 etc), for x amount of days where x is user input.
We could also take a reason for pausing, which the bot would leave in the server as a log.
As for implementation, the current status update task is written quite poorly and could be improved to begin with. So it is probably worth rewriting that first with the idea of toggling in-mind. Obviously this would need a feature update in Root too, to mark that people have been excluded. Simply fetching that extra bit of information in the initial fetch_members call should be enough data to then exclude them further.
