3dVol2Surf in SUMA #2

Hello,

I'm sorry to disturb you, but I have a problem with SUMA.

Indeed, I am working on EEG fMRI of subjects with a cortical malformation and I would like to correlate my anatomical and functional data.

To do this I used Freesurfer as you explain in your blog, and I conducted with this software a group analysis comparing each of my sick subjects with 18 healthy subjects. I obtained a contrast in sig.mgh format on several parameters of interest (thickness, volume and gyration in particular).
When I visualize my anatomical results on FreeSurfer, I get interesting surface maps.
But I can't combine them with my functional data (GLM 1st level) from SPM which are in volumes and are not aligned to the template of fsaverage...

So I would like to use SUMA to transform my first level spm volume into a surface visible in Freesurfer and supperposable to sig.mgh contrasts.
But I can't find the options of the command 3dVol2Surf which are adequate.
Could you help me to find the options of this command that would be useful to me please?

Sincerely,
Melissa Ferrer

PS: thank you very much for all the help you bring to neuroscience researchers through Andysbrainbook
