Incorrect $ escape (Unexpected error: Standard input is not a terminal)

Hi there,

I followed your instructions to use v1.3.0 following the trojan issue, but this version does not work for me with Fork:

I have not changed anything besides upgrading wslgit.exe, restoring to the v1.2.0 version works without issues.

It looks like the changed escaping of the $ sign in 1.3.0 is incorrect for your use case.

In your logs the path \\wsl$\Debian\... is changed/escaped to \\wsl\$\Debian... and therefore the file with the commit message could not be found.

So it seems the $ sign needs to be escaped in some places (like in #145), but not in others, like here. I need to take a closer look on how to fix this.
