[New study screen] Make whiteboard `Hide toolbar` feature compatible with system navigation gestures

In the whiteboard of the new study screen, there is a Hide toolbar option, which hides the whiteboard toolbar and can be reverted by swiping it back.

The issue is that the "swipe back" gesture may conflict with system gestures.

So, we should exclude the toolbar area from the system gesture area.

I've reproduced this issue and have a fix ready. I implemented the System Gesture Exclusion API to resolve the conflict between the whiteboard handle and system navigation gestures.
I've attached a video of the fix below. Could you please assign this to me?
