SolidCommunity: test scaling to another 100 Pods

Description

The hackathon may bring up to another 100 users this requires testing of Pod hosting, login, and read/write access at that scale.

Why

So that as a hackathon user, the Pod servers do not crash.

Closing Criteria

Checklist for closing the issue:

• No errors from make prep
• All tests pass make qtest
• A demo app (eg Solidpod demo/filepod) with 100 simultaneous users.

Alternatives

It could be a python script that creates this number of users, has them register for webid and Pod, create security key, and write then read a resource to their Pod.

• Add extra 1 or 2 servers - hack01.solidcommunity.au, hac02.solidcommunity.au
• Simultaneous read/write - script to create account, create resources, write and read resources

I created a python script to complete the test, and added an entry on the home page of SolidPod Example App.
