Add Destination createdTimestamp to StoredDestinationStatistics

Currently, there is no timestamp as to when a queue was created. By adding a createdTimestamp to StoredDestinationStatistics, users can know when a queue was created and it will survive a restart.

I believe this can be done without a version bump of KahaDB store protocol.
