Composite partitions: selective clearing across dimensions

Clearing composite-keyed partitions needs more than single-key lookup. Three shapes:

• Clear one specific key: us|2026-03-10
• Clear one axis fixed, other axis wildcard: all regions for 2026-03-10
• Clear one axis fixed, other axis ranged: us for the week of 2026-03-08

Open question

API surface — axis-wildcard syntax (*|2026-03-10), separate per-axis flags on the CLI, or a structured filter? How does the UI expose it?
