⚠️ *the inbox raft node removed from the raft cluster do not close the raft wal *
our cluster is 4 node, the inbox raft config is 3 voters , 0 followers. It has been running stably for two months, then the inbox.service raft cluster split and load balanced, but a cluster has 4 node,like:
the removed node term is 1, the others is 2, the leader does not send raft logs to that node.
