Structured logging not deconstructed

Using LogEnforceResult is showing the following (I am using Serilog on Console):

Request: True ---> Casbin.Model.RequestValues`3[System.String,System.String,System.String] (cached)

If a destructuring syntax was used, it could work by calling the .ToString() method (or at least I could at least add my own IDestructuringPolicy...).
