Errors 432 on Add Network

SUMMARY

When I add network I get lots of 432 error requests. It can be a thouthands requests if I don't update page.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Press f12 in browser
2. Click on "Add Network"

When non root use opens vm setting

I can reproduce the issue if login as a regular user
