What happened

1, The user has set a preference value for the project, with the alert group set to 'default admin warning group '.

2, When running the workflow manually, the project's preference values are correctly applied.

3，However, when scheduling the workflow, the frontend fails to correctly apply the project's preference values, resulting in a null alert group.

What you expected to happen

For task creation, workflow execution, and workflow scheduling, the system must default to using the project's preference values.

How to reproduce
