Documentation upload is broken.

This page was updated https://nuttx.apache.org/docs/latest/guides/stm32_ports.html with this commit d5b78ed (Date: Wed Jun 3 12:29:40 2026 +0200) and there are no changes online

The nuttx-13.0.0 tag must contain these fixes - it probably breaks the documentation upload

#19425 is already merged on 13.0.0 branch

#19455 was missing and fixed the issue

Ah, still building, the issue was first caught in apache/nuttx-website#179 :-)

Also noted todo to separate www and doc build/upload here apache/nuttx-website#180 will sit to that after I came back to the lab from the forest next week :-)
