[HELP] Getting timezones to work

Description

Hello, I'm trying to get timezones to work on my build, but I found a couple of problems:

• I can't build the ROMFS TZ filesystem (LIBC_ZONEINFO_ROMFS), as it throws the following error:

ar: two different operation options specified
make[3]: *** [Makefile:896: libtz.a] Error 1
make[2]: *** [Makefile:99: .tzbuilt] Error 2
make[1]: *** [Makefile:186: context] Error 2
make: *** [tools/Unix.mk:471: libs/libc/.context] Error 2

• If I don't build said FS, using POSIX timezones (like ART3) does not work
