Add more rigor to the spec using LinkML

I would like to provide a suggestion that capturing this specification in ways that get more leverage in the "AI" world as well as generation is worth considering.

Specifically, the LinkML modeling language seems very well suited to this effort and is very expressive for this kind of problem set. The meta model of everything can be captured and generated including but not limited to the JSON-schema but also data formats and W3C friendly concepts like SHACL and OWL and Turtle, etc.

Plus one here, LinkML seems very closely related in spirit and an alignment with the linkml schema and tooling would be super valuable.
