Maybe @dashorst has the credential of the X account? BTW, I think we could also suggest to keep up to date with our releases following the official ASF on X, if someone like to still use this social channel |

Since the trademark name is used in the X user name, we may be able leverage ASF to help 'unlock' or get X/Twitter to reset the password and assign it to the PMC or a couple designated individuals on the PMC. |

Currently the location of the X account of Apache Wicket is 'end of life'.
That makes people think Wicket is no longer maintained.
If Wicket currently doesn't have social media presence, create a post to reflect this. For example: "Currently we're no longer posting updates. Join our mailing list to get in touch. https://wicket.apache.org/help/email.html"
If Wicket does have social media presence, create a post with a reference to the new social media account.
Change location 'end of life' to 'https://github.com/apache/wicket'
