初步改动

• 8b5a7b8f8 / feat(security): unified OTLP logging schema for cross-tool detection aaif-goose/goose#9713：统一 cross-tool detection 的 OTLP logging schema，涉及 Rust security / otel / session / tool inspection 逻辑和 Cargo 依赖锁。

验证计划

• 解决 merge conflict 后检查无 conflict marker。
• 运行空白检查和受影响的 Rust 验证。
• 等 GitHub Actions 全绿。

合并规则

CI 全绿后，仍需 @earayu2 一次明确“合并”授权再执行 squash merge。
