CLI cannot be installed on M1 Mac

I tried running curl -sf https://logs.apex.sh/install | sh and got.

apex/logs: platform darwin/arm64 is not supported. Make sure this script is up-to-date and file request at https://github.com/apex/logs/issues/new

There's a similar issue with the upinstaller, this patch (suggested in the PR) worked for me on an m1 mac mini.

Looks like the installers were generated by godownloader which is no longer maintained.
