Cumbersome documentation

Spent the last hour trying to figure out how to create an API. The documentation explains how the installation and then talks about best practices and Porto. Too many unnecessary concepts and stuff not related to an API creator for Laravel. 

I could not find a single page that says, 'Create API'. POST/GET/DEL/UPDATE. I came here to create an API fast.
