Solution Evaluation and Plotting module

Dedicated module for allowing the re-evaluation of an existing solution with the selected nuclear code. Plotting capabilities can be also added for a provided MIDAS generated optimization study. The plots generated automatically at the end of each optimization are not very useful.

New plotting capabilities for optimization process have been addressed via issue#22. Final solution evaluation via nuclear codes not yet implemented.
