Authorization issue

When using the documentation for QNN dependencies,

implementation("com.qualcomm.qnn:qnn-runtime:2.34.0")
implementation("com.qualcomm.qnn:qnn-litert-delegate:2.34.0")

I'm getting authorization error. What steps are needed for this? I have a qualcomm developer account, can I use that?

Looking at the maven repo, it seems the naming is different. If I using qti it works well. So maybe it just needs to be updated?
