pypi missing last bug fix

I am getting below error
python_daemon_3K-1.5.8-py3-none-any.whl/daemon/runner.py", line 89, in init
app.stderr_path, 'w+', buffering=0)
ValueError: can't have unbuffered text I/O

This bug has been fixed in github but seems PyPi distribution does not have the fix.
