I like to experience it on my local gpt4all, but I miss some instructions on what values to set to the following variables (and any other pre-requisites before I can run `python app.py`?

`EMBEDDINGS_MODEL_NAME`
`MODEL_PATH`
`MODEL_N_CTX`
